Spyagent is crashing Spybot S&D

Hi
I don't think Spyagent is a false positive. My pc started running slow. I ran Spybot and it found 1 problem SPYAGENT. Spybot however crashes when trying to fix Spyagent.
I also noted a file dated today in my c:/ dir named $bootcln.sch. I never saw it before.
MY pc is still slow. Spybot crashed 4 times.
Any ideas?...

For instance the scan result and the version of Spybot S&D you are using. Information about your operating system would also be helpful.
