As with most malware removal help forums, we see more victims of infections than we have volunteers.

Although at times the task is daunting, our helpers do their best to attend to all.

If you do not receive an answer you can help out by letting us know.

The Waiting Room: Post here if waiting for help longer than four days (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=37)

If members waiting for assistance do not post in the Waiting Room to flag a helper, their topic usually will be archived approximately five days from their last post.

Other than what is posted in our stickies, generally no further notice will be given. Otherwise we would be repeating the same information already available. If the topic has been archived and you still require help, please start a new topic and include a fresh HijackThis log with a link to your previous thread.

Please read our stickies before posting.
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

NOTE:We do NOT ask Users to run fixes before helpers have analyzed HJT/KAV scans (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=16806)

If it had been five days or more since your last post, and especially if the helper assisting you posted a response to that post to which you did not reply, the topic will not be reopened.

In that situation, if you still require help, it would be best to start a new topic and include a fresh HijackThis log with a link to your original thread.

Under special circumstances, for instance one had lost internet connectivity causing causing inability to post, please send me (or your helper if it applies), a private message (pm) and provide a link back to your thread so we may reopen the topic for you.

Please remember, it takes time to analyse logs and prepare a response. When a helper does so and the person does not follow up, it has already slowed assistance for all other members waiting.

The reason being that volunteers help users at several sites, and take X number of new topics daily in order to give each member their attention, and avoid burnout.

Thank you.
