Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

This looks like Vundo and more? You have a Vundo infection which can be hard to remove. This will take some time and unless you are patient, understand how to follow directions and are comfortable working on your computer, you may want to seek local professional help. If you wish to proceed, read and follow the directions carefully.

Have a look at this information.
http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03\ <<< Java is BADLY out of date and likely the reason you are infected. Download the newest version and uninstall all old versions in Add Remove programs.

C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe <<< return here and rename HJT, call it raikul.exe that will work, restart and post a new HJT log and we should be able to see the infection.

Do not run and post the Kaspersky scan until I request it.

Thanks

raikul

Thanks Raikul, for returning your information, no surprises with the renaming of HJT.

1) Best to stay offline except when troubleshooting until you are clean, the junk will download more.

2) The Vundo infection seems to be dead, but much of it can be hiding, I will look at it as an active infection. If you have either of theses tools, please delete them and download them new from the links I provide. Please follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do. You also have this junk onboard: http://research.sunbelt-software.com/threatdisplay.aspx?threatid=169974

3) Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix.

http://vundofix.atribune.org/ <<< tutorial

"Download VundoFix" to your Desktop

http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4

Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
When VundoFix opens, click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will attempt run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click
the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot. Vundofix.txt will be on the C:\

(wait until you finish to post reports and logs)

4) Thanks to sUBs and anyone else who helped with this fix.

Download ComboFix from Here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Post the Vundofix.txt, combofix log and a new HJT log.

Thanks...Phil

Thank you Phil. I ran Counter Spy twice and it seems to have removed the spyware you had specified. Here is the Vundofix log.

VundoFix V6.7.7

Checking Java version...

Java version is 1.4.2.3
Old versions of java are exploitable and should be removed.

Scan started at 8:16:16 PM 12/27/2007

Listing files found while scanning....

C:\WINDOWS\system32\urqrqqq.dll

Beginning removal...

Performing Repairs to the registry.
Done!

I noticed that Java was still an old version, so went ahead, uninstalled, deleted the Java directory and installed it again.

The Combofix log is attached

And the Hijack this Log is as below:

It looks like your Antivirus program of choice is Avast4 but you still have Symantec running on the computer:
C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate\ALUSchedulerSvc.exe
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2000031316555206
"Microsoft recommends that you have only one anti-virus program installed on your computer."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/12/03/AR2005120300087.html
http://www.smartcomputing.com/editorial/article.asp?article=articles/2003/s1407/38s07/38s07.asp
Please uninstall Symantec if you wish to runn Avast4.

1) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

2) AVG Anti-Spyware: Deactivate the Resident Shield
- Before proceeding, deactivate the "Resident Shield" as this may prevent changes to the registry.
- To do this, click "Change State" to the right of the Resident Shield option in the main window.
- You will clearly see the status change to Inactive if you have done this correctly.

3) CounterSpy: Right-click the running icon of CounterSpy in the system tray.
With your mouse, hover over Active Protection Status (This should be enabled).
A menu will slide out and then you need to right click on "Disable Active Protection".
Make sure you reactivate your protection when you finish.

Make sure you empty the Recycle Bin after you delete them, Windows may put them there next.
