i have recovered my system at least 4 times with the disk that were provided to me. Still the same thing. I have downloaded spybot and it told me that I in the startup section that I have items that have been added by BANKER_HQ, AGOBOT.ALX,
%WINDIR%/SMINST but it does not detect it at all. it tells me once the scan is finish not objects found. tried to run kasperpsky but found nothing but did some wierd stuff when downloading. i am very tired of this. my svc host is out the window and sky high with percentages. can some please help.
