I have a very big problem...

I've been trying to deal with my malware problem for over a week...I have an infection that has installed DYFUCA, SMITFRAUD, MALWAREWIPE, ZLOB, DRIVECLEANER, VIRTUMONDE, CONTRAVIRUS, COOLWWWSEARCH and many other programs into my system. I see spybot skimming right over those items when I run a scan. I have tried smitfraudfix which worked for me a couple years ago to remove without success, I have downloaded the latest spybot updates but I'm still getting the popups and when typing I have to hit keys 2 or more times to get them to display. My cpu is running extremely slow and I'm at my wits end. Please help...I cannot view my hjt logfiles as they are being blocked by malware...I have mcafee but my subscription is expired

Have you tried renaming HijackThis log?
