Security settings to download Spybot?

It appears as though I have some sort of spyware on my computer however, when I try to download Spybot it states that there is a problem with my security settings?

Can somebody tell me what the settings need to be??

What does the error message say exactly?
Probably you are infected and that is due to malware.

Please try the direct installation file (http://www.spybotupdates.com/files/spybotsd152.exe).
