Search and Destroy 1.5.2 identifies 4 entries of marketflip.fakesearchanddestroy but Fixing the problem closes the program down.
Task manager shows two S and D programs which I assume one to be the fake one.
Help to remove this would be appreciated as Search and Destroy fails to fix it.
XP SP2 - all updates
AVG free 7.5 - latest

Hi there,
Open SpyBot
Check for problems, do not 'fix' any items found.
Switch Spybot S&D to advanced mode
Navigate to tools - view report
Click "view report"
Click "export" to save the report to a text file and paste the top of the report showing the detection here please.

This is a particular bad one.
After scan, Switching to Advanced, or starting in Advanced and clicking on Tools, closes the program down.

Skip the Spybot-S&D scan for now and start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) where a helper will advise you as soon as available.

Have left logs in the Malware furum.
