Adware - admin

Hello!

I got a adware program i want to remove/fix on my computer.
Spybot have found it, but when i click remove it it wount remove it cause spybot says the admin has to do it.

To information i am logged on the admin account on my computer.




Someone knows how i can fix this problem?

Or if you prefer, right click the Spybot-SD icon on your desktop and click 'Run as Admin'.
