I was trying to resolve an issue with Google Earth recently and renamed the key that GE stores its settings (HKCU\Software\Google\Google Earth Plus) in order to force GE back to its defaults.
After I did that, RegAlyzer shows that renamed key twice, yet regedit shows the key only once, as I would have expected:

Can I assume a bug in RegAlyzer?
