Can anyone recommend a decent FTP program?? Are they all pretty much the same the ones on a google search?
Depends somewhat on whether you want a freeware FTP client or are prepared to spend some money.
On the commercial side I recommend CuteFTP http://www.cuteftp.com/products/ftp_clients.aspx either Home or Pro.
CuteFTP do offer a 30 day free trial so you can test it before spending any money.
And on the free side FileZilla http://filezilla-project.org seems to get good reviews.
