i have looked in the windowsupdate.log in the windows folder and found out that automatic updates doesnt work anymore when trying to let the updates come automatic, but some of the updates comes automatic and some dont. i can visit the microsoft update site fine and download from there but i dont want to look at that site everyday to see if there are new updates.
here is some errors from the log:
DnldMgr FATAL: DM:CBitsJob::SetCallbackHandler: SetNotifyInterface failed with 0x80080008.
DnldMgr Regulation: {9482F4B4-E343-43B6-B170-9A65BC822C77} - Update F5BF7CDF-27DA-443D-B812-FDF5BC943DF4 is "PerUpdate" regulated and can NOT download. Sequence 4144 vs AcceptRate 2100.
Agent Update {3138BD9C-342C-4E2A-881E-7452D199192D}.104 is pruned out due to potential supersedence
EEHndlr FATAL: MSI DLL version is 3.0. Version 3.1 is required.

what does this errors mean? how can i get the automatic updates to work? it is like this after formatting and before installing any other programs also, but it has not happened before as i remember.
i can not install sp3 anymore because it just causes errors on my computer, programs are crashing after installing it. i do not have sp3 now.
