Non stop Rebooting to Blue screen

Hi guys!

in accidently installed something and now my computer is F*cked

it took over my desktop, so i went to boot into safe mode, now it loads up to a blue screen of death and loops back to resetting.

I cant even get into safe mode it wont let me chose an option....

ive even put in my windows CD and it wont read it... please help me i dunno what to do :( im stressing out bad!

Can you boot the machine at all ?
When you press F8, do you see an option for "Last Known Good Configuration" ?
