run analizer freeze:(

i download the run analizer, instaled , and it began working, display the runalyzer wlcom screen, and in main screen head it display : runalyzer is curently preparing the proces list, and here it freeze and stop respond.
hm, any ideas? thanxs

Wich RunAlyzer version is that? What Windows (2000, XP, Vista...)?
