Hi before todays update I had 9799 immunized now after update I have 9762 I have changed nothing on my PC What Happened

That is correct although the actual number of immunized items increased.
I had PMed a "Member of Team Spybot" concerning duplicate entries in the immunization process and they removed some entries. The actual number of items immunized increased between the 2006-04-14 updates and the 2006-04-21 updates, but if you are running any operating system other than Windows 98/98SE/ME the count would have appear to have decreased.
