Cannot Open AVI

Hello.

I tried the search function but couldn't find anything showing this message so apologies if it has been answered.

I recently installed a skin for windows, and since doing this , i get this 'Cannot Open AVI' message window when trying to download updates for spybot.

Any ideas?
