Bug? Interesting design feature?

Hi, I've been using Regalyzer for a while now and have found something interesting, when one edits a value in the reg be it a String or whatever, the first button is 'Cancel' followed bt 'Ok', on Regedit(for Windows 98, at least) and most other programmes I use it's the other way around. Was this done on purpose, does anyone know? I wouldn't mind but being used to the other way around I tend to press cancel after entering lots of data which can get annoying!

Hmmmmm I guess someone would need to lookup Microsofts Human Interface Design Guidelines to find out ;) I'm pretty sure there exists an article about the proper order (Apple at least has published such stuff in the years after the first Macintosh, 1984 and later).
