No admin in ACL

I have spent the better part of 2 hours looking over the forums and posts about this subject, however I still do not understand what this means and the help file is cryptic at best. Someone please explain this in laymens terms as the rootanalyzer in Beta 2 detailed at least 20 various files, values and keys with this. I am running Win 7SP1 x64 in Admin mode.
