Do I Have FileAlyzer Install Problem?

Sorry if this is a bit naive, but I do not see any evidence of the app working.

After running the FileAlyzer executable, a command prompt-type window opens for a short time (and other action may be taking place), but the window closes too fast to really see anything. I'm running WinXP Pro. Afterword, nothing about FileAlyzer shows on the context menu when I right click on a file. Also, if I follow the "open with" options to open the file with FileAlyzer, nothing happens.

Am I missing something obvious here? Help (and thanks)!

It sure sounds like the program did not get installed properly. Properties of the filealyz.exe installation program:
Size: 1,757,361 bytes
MD5 hash: B02ADC89CA23ECBF706E9F0AD96E0BF1
I would try to uninstall (Add or Remove Programs > FileAlyzer 1.2) and reinstall the program making sure that the installation is being done from a Computer Administrator account.
