The problem appears to have been resolved with a subsequent update of Ad-Aware SE:

Old (with apparent F/P):
Build 1.06r1 Ref. No.: SE1R125 05.10.2006 (Internal Build: 153)
New (with no detection for the file):
Build 1.06r1 Ref. No.: SE1R125 06.10.2006 (Internal Build: 154)

And that's not even that specific to us, it's a standard InnoSetup uninstaller used by thousands of other applications out there as well probably.
