Situation: TagsRevisited makes heavy use of Unicode functions to allow for mixed international tags to be displayed at the same time.

Experienced: Unicode is not supported on Windows 95, 98 and ME by default, so it'll run only on later versions.

Expected: Working support for the Microsoft Unicode Layers for Windows 95, 98 and ME (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=73BA7BD7-ED06-4F0D-80A4-2A7EEAEE17E2&displaylang=en).

Since no further votes for this feature request came in, and adding in the mentioned support would be more difficult than initially expected, I'll close this entry for now.
