Situation: parts of the immunization requires admin rights.

Experienced: Spybot-S&D always warns you about missing admin rights if you run it on XP or Vista.

Expected: first check what exactly has been immunized, and if nothing that requires admin rights is still open, skip the warning.

I need to give spybot permmision to run and i do not have permmision to immunize and spybot does not give me the option to run it as admin, so i cant immunize

I keep getting (Right Media) spyware , Is there ayway to stop it?

This forum fulfills a lot of different functions; and next to the place where you can get help for your problems, we've also got this so-called "project tools", which is a place to list bugs and the progress of fixing them, as well as new feature requests. This part of the forum is very strictly organized, with each bug or request topic having only one folder, and inside everything strictly limited to that topic.
For easier understanding, look at the very top of the page, inside the blue bar you'll find information where exactly on the support forum you are; in this case:

Safer Networking Forums > Project Tools > Spybot - Search & Destroy Tracker > Feature > Immunization: warn about missing admin rights only if unimmunized

The upper level includes everything you can find here. The second level, Project Tools, includes everything from the category I described above; in the third level, you'll notice that this is a subfolder that files everything related to the product Spybot-S&D, and the fourth level indicates another subcategory for feature requests (compared to for example Bugs, which have their own subcategory). The fifth level finally specify one unique topic.
So everything you find on this page should deal only with the feature request (before it has been implemented) to add that warning you noticed.

The place where you can ask question is for example http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4 (this one (click this text). If you go there, you will notice that it indicated quite another place:

Which would be the proper place to ask questions :) There's a button "New Thread" there you can use to open a new "thread" (where "thread" is a topic where one user asks for help with one problem). As for your problem, I'll give a hint here anyway; please look at this FAQ entry (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/37.html) which isn't about Right Media, but which has information that shows how you can block cookies like Right Media in general.

Oh, and while I'm at it: writing all text in bold letters like you did is (similar to writing all in uppercase) sometimes regarded as shouting, so I suggest you use bold letters only when you need to highlight a few very important details, not for your whole sentences :)
