Situation: Spybot-S&D itself supports a blind user mode that mirrors toolbars into the main menu to have them available to people using reader software.

Experienced: the updater does not have this feature.

Expected: mirror the toolbar items in a similar place; either adding a main menu, or adding them to a context menu?

Added automatic detection of screen reader (through WinAPI) and a /blindmode command line parameter which will switch on a special main menu depending on the current page of the updater.
