Situation: The Spybot-S&D stand-alone updater application uses the proxy settings set up in the main application.

Experienced: When running on Windows PE, there's no chance to permanently save proxy settings once the CD is created. The user has to fire up the main app and change proxy settings there, which is a complicated way.

Expected: as was available previously in the integrated updater, the stand-alone updater should, if run on PE, show an additional Proxy button that allows quick access to this setting.

Bonus: run SDUpdate.exe with /verbose to show this on non-PE configurations.
