Situation: when switching users while Spybot-S&D is running, the new user cannot get his stored profile since that is currently scanned.

Experienced: error message, temporary profile used.

Expected: this situation is very similar to the Terminal Services problem. While there, constant logons and logoffs are to be expected, the situation is different here. A. it does not happen unless you switch users during an on-demand scan; or B. you force the Spybot-S&D process to terminate instead of letting it close gracefully.

While there's not much that can be done in the forced situation, in standard situations we can react to the OS notification that a user is going to log on, and unload his hive during the login process.
