Situation: Malware does not like Spybot-S&D.

Experienced: Spybot-S&D tests whether executables and libraries do exist and are unmodified.

Expected: to improve integrity checks for data files, integrity check files should be available with hashes for each single file.

Code beyond that will have to go into the update module, which could be able to redownload missing files maybe.
(yes, I've seen the typo... these screenshots are drafts only, all texts will still have be checked according to our error handling guidelines before becoming final)

I think this should definately implemented! I also really like the idea of downloading the missing files through the updater - It would make life much easier for many people as they would not have to reinstall Spybot S&D

Can you add Update button at that message so that you can directly go to updater?

Fitting with the strategy to not only report problems, but suggest ways to fix them, and additional "links" (tho Vista style command links seen in other new screenshots) to both run the updater or open the website on the boot CD are definitively a good idea!
