Situation: if you hover task bar items on Vista, small thumbnails of the apps window will be shown.

Experienced: the Spybot-S&D thumbnail shows only when the window is open; when it is minimized, it is dispayed as its icon only.

A similar thing might happen with the 3D aero tabbing through open windows.

Expected: support thumbnail in minimized state as well.
