You could be a little more explicit about what you mean.
If you are interested in what updates were available and when, the update history of Spybot's updates is located here:
If you are interested in what version/update level that you were running during various scans, the information can be interpreted from the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log and/or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log files produced when running Spybot's "Check for problems" and/or "Fix selected problems".
For example, running the latest version of Spybot with the latest updates, the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log shows (bold highlights added):

Information about Spybot's Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log and or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log files:
- By default here are two Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log files produced during a scan. The second Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log file has the details of what the scan found (and the information about the version and update level). A Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm log is produced if you fix or attempt to fix something (it also containes the information about the version and update level).
- There are two methods to view Spybot's Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log and or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log files:
- Method 1:
- Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Tools > View Reports > View Pervious reports. Look for the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm you are interested in. Highlight it (left click) then select Open.
- Method 2
- The Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log and Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log files are stored in the following folders:
- Windows 95 or 98:
C:\Windows\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs- Windows ME:
C:\Windows\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs- Windows NT, 2000 or XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs- Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the Checks.yymmdd-hhmm.log or Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.log file you are interested in viewing. Double click on it and it should open with Notepad.
