OK, maybe we're headed in the right direction.
This morning Microsoft released quite a few Windows updates. If you have yours on automatic download good but, wait to install.
Let it sit there for a short time before you allow it to install.
Or, go to the web site and check manually.
Let me know how this turns out.
OK, I have managed to install some of the updates but not all. There are some that fail.
I have a feeling they will.
Have you rebooted since the updates?
Give it another day and let's see if some of the others show up to be installed.
I have rebooted many times.
I have been installing a few updates at a time instead of all at once.
Thats good actually. I have a feeling they will all install soon.
This happened to me on my personal computer. I had to use the readiness tool and was surprised that even days after I was still downloading and installing updates.
And I think this is whats going to apply here as well.
Let's leave this topic open for a couple of days and see if all do indeed download and install as expected.
Things good now?
We need to remove tools and quarantine folders.
