Any ideas on how to fix this issue in version 1.5?
Note the protected list is 0 at the bottom which makes up for the 146 entries missing at the top right where protected and total is.

I had the same problem. The advice posted by Dustyn in this thread solved the issue for me, hopefully it will for you too. :)
