MS Direct Draw?

Evening,Im rather new this forum, actually forums in general, so i apologize if i've posted it wrong

On my usual scans, spy bot keeps finding the same "detected item" to do with MS DirectDraw> Registry> Tracks>Medium. Its the only thing that comes up.
i was wondering if i should be worried of any such item, or is it harmless and negligible.

MS DirectDraw is the only thing found after you scan?There are no cookies or anything else found?
