i use windows 7 and i would like to install spybot but after first 2 steps ...a message appears "you can not contact server" and the installation stopped...
is there somebody that can help me?

Have you tried to "Run as administrator"?
Also,if you've gotten far enough into the installation,Spybot will show you a Select Components screen.Download Updates Immediately is pre-checked by default.Try unchecking that,and see if Spybot installs okay after that.
If Spybot does install after that,you'll need to install updates before your first scan.You can try checking for updates within the Spybot program,or if that doesn't work,you can download detection updates manually from the Spybot page:
