if u disable the scanner-service manually within the spybot options, but the option "activate after every reboot" is active and u restart the system, the scanner-service stays disapled and dont get reactivated automaticly, like it should

its a secure risk bug, when scanner stays disabled, even after reboot (option: activate after every reboot is ON)
