combined update + immunization

hi there,
would be great if you could just click once on:

1. [new magic button]

instead of:
1. [update]
2.[select server]
- wait -
3.[done]
4.[immunization]
5.[check for immunization]
- wait a whole lot -
6.[really start immunization]

to simplify the selecting of a server the program could just use a checkbox to provide the user the possibility to allways use
- the last server selected or
- the nearest server or
- a random server of a user defined list
