auto-update service stopped and professional tools not working

i have to report two problems with spybot rc1.

problem 1: after the latest windows updates the auto-update service from spybot got stopped and i cannot start it again. into startcenter it says update-service stopped and if i click this, it says service queeded. i got asked to start it again and answered yes, but not working.

problem 2: the most of the professional tools dont work. i only get an alert, telling me they will be available into the next release.

so why spybot rc1 comes with a professional licence for 60 days for testing, if i cannot test this tools because they are not there
