This keeps trying to download onto my computer at this location and that is all I can find out. I think it is trying to download that ICE Cyber security thing that wants you to pay moneypak. I need to find the root of it and get rid of it.

In order for someone to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
