BUT

there is a malware of the same name.
Stages of Action:
It transfers and renames the legit file ConIME.exe and takes its place.
It invalidates yahoo toolbar
It Hinders any loading internet download.
Stops Internet connections.
It posts internet browser shortcut Icons with erratic character names on your Desktop.

Ultimately: Disables windows interface loading at start-up
