• The file at "<$WINDIR>\msopt.dll".

Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If CoolWWWSearch.ICOO Loader uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

• Delete the registry key "Adverts" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
• Delete the registry key "{4A8DADD4-5A25-4d41-8599-CB7458766220}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
• Delete the registry key "{B9D90B27-AD4A-413a-88CB-3E6DDC10DC2D}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
• A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "icoo", plus associated values.
• Delete the registry key "icoo" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PROTOCOLS\Handler\".
• Delete the registry key "{B9D90B27-AD4A-413a-88CB-3E6DDC10DC2D}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".

If CoolWWWSearch.ICOO Loader uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
