pop ups when shutting down pc

Hi,

I have been experiencing 2 pop ups when i shut my pc down. one says at top base2paneform and the other says windownsformparkwindow. I have norton and went online for help and they said i had spyware and wanted to charge to remove it. (I was ticked) a friend said to download spybot and i did and it didnt find anything. I got my pc last year and have windows xp. This is the first problem that i have had. Please help!!!
