"ITBarLayout" alert appearing upon closing IE6

I recently upgraded from Teatimer version 1.5.0.0 to 1.5.0.6.

As I had previously posted in the regular Spybot S&D forum (see http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=12361), a message appears asking me whether I want to block ITBarLayout from:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\Explorer.

I had deleted it from the Black and White List after upgrading, but the alert reappears. I'm not sure whether I should allow it or not. If I delete the blocked registry changes, the alert still appears when closing IE6. I also see that the {0E5CBF21-D15F-11D0-8301-00AA005B4383} string is blocked again.
