Disabled mouse input from standard scan removal

As the title states, I recently did a standard spy bot scan and wasn’t paying attention to detections. After a following removal of these detections my mouse functionality was disabled. The cursor doesn’t show up anymore and when I right click the options box opens but is centered on the screen. When I press ctrl for the cursor location bloom it shows that it’s detected as in the center of the screen.

What did I remove, and how can I restore my mouse detection and input?
