"Something" is blocking internet access to browsers but other programs works

I don't believe at this point that it's malware related so what I would like you to do is this

You can link them back to this thread if you wish so they can see what we have done, just post and explain your problem with your browsers. Use the same user name your using here so I can find you and offer any info they may need
