ok the lxcq_device was set to Automatic type.. I did change it to Manual and stopped it.. but after a few restart tests I still get the same error message on boot up.
I searched, no Lexmark.. I did find lxcq_device in this path:
C:\Windows\system32\lxcqcoms.exe -service
I don't notice any problems with the machine, it's just annoying seeing an error message...
OK I uninstalled ComboFix and I'm about to get Avast instead of MacAfee..
One last thing, maybe you know what this might be..

Ok I copied your latest coding and created CFScript.txt and saved the file to my desktop them dragged this .txt file into the ComboFix Shortcut icon on my desktop.... this ran ComboFix.. The log info...

Ok I scanned with ESET but there was no report at the end.. After two hours of scanning it completed it's scan and noted "no threats found"
