do I need to do anything special with ComboFix or just run it straight up?

Wow, starting at about 10 A.M. I finished the combofix and everything cept the eset scan by noonish, but that ESET scan took over 8 hours to complete. Here are the 4 reports

The combofix took about 45 mins to finish completly, and the first time at the beggining of it, it actually went blue...
