Similar to tsharp, 1.4 reappeared due to a system restore to rid of marketflip.fakesearchanddestroy which S and D 1.5.2 could not remove with the program closing down...

Please how do I uninstall S and D version 1.4 ?

Attempting to uninstall gives the following error:

"C\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\unins000.dat" is in a format not recognized by this...

This is a particular bad one.

After scan, Switching to Advanced, or starting in Advanced and clicking on Tools, closes the program down.
