Tried that, but in safe mode the folder is empty :(

I can't empty C:\WINDOWS\Temp because the files are allegedly in use by another program.

Sorry for my delay between posts but I can only work on the PC occasionally when I'm at Beckys house. Hope this isn't too annoying.

Anyway, when I ran Combofix it got to Stage 16...
