I do not seem to be able to find the "advcheck.dll" file, When I use the path Program Files\Spybot - Search&Destroy\advcheck.dll spybot scans something.
All I can find is the "advcheck" files.
...
I DL'd the update today and still it 1.6.3.17 advcheck.dll version the pop up has never came back. Is this ok still or should it have changed like the others?
I have seen other peoples dll file version showing 1.6.4.18 which mine is not, mine is 1.6.3.17 which is different from the version of Spybot that is on the console info panel that says its version...
So I did not need to hit the reply?
And hitting abort was ok?
But my SpyBot version is still now behind at version 1.6.2.46 thought the properties on the dll states another version.
But I did not update that error if I did not hit reply and instead hit abort, and the versions in the screen shot are not the most upto date version that spybot has.
Thanks for your reply, I found the file and posted the picture I took of its properties in the last post and as I hit abort and it still updated the option to retry is not appearing, It just says you...
I found it and enclose a screenshot of the propertys which is different from the version that spybot shows on the info tab on the console....
Where abouts is the advcheck.dll to be found after you look in C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy ?
Also when I check in the help tab and click about the version I have is 1.6.2.46.
How far behind is that?
Yep I have read them but they do not seem to give answers to these questions.
Is it legitimate?
Why is the prompt there and does it revert the file back to "read only" after it.
And as it seemed...
I have seen the other threads about this and I clicked "abort" If next time it appears and I click retry will it turn the file back to read only after?
As I hear it should stay read only for...
Its ok I have worked it out.
Hi I am having the same problem, I looked at the boxes and both where unchecked anyway so in my case its doesnt seem to be that.
I have posted a pic of the immunization ...
