An combination of the two would be good.
If something dosen't work it would be nice if an user actualy knew why. {better fault diagnostics}
Also it might possibly be worth implemnting that load...

could the integrated update tool be upgarded to reduce the number of bad checksum errors when the servers are overloaded?
