I changed from MSAS to Defender after MSAS gave the same FP advising that MSAS(itself) was trying to put a site in the trusted zone.

On my first scan with Defender it posted the hosts file...

Spybot was putting that in a restricted site (I checked)-

This is a false poitive from MSAS-
