Things seem to be running a lot better. Should I put those files in the recycling bin or a folder to see if anything happens?

I moved that file to the recycling bin. Should I run OTL again? Also I have many of those files under C:\ and they seem to be growing in number. Also I've started getting random poker pop ups here...

I ran ATF Cleaner and that went well.

I ran malwarebytes and it froze 3 times about 90 seconds in. I am going to restart and try again...but for now
