When going through the screens in runalyzer.. is it baiscally safe to delete any lines that show no file in the data field?

I downloaded the latest version of filealyzer and when I install it it says it is installing version 1.2 but when I use it the info panel says it is version 1.1i... I had that version installed...

So where is this file for download? Can't wait to check it out..
